Model Call Agreement

By submitting this application, I understand and agree to the following:This is a model call and is not a standard paid photography session.If selected, I agree to participate in the photography session at the scheduled date, time, and location.I understand that the purpose of this model call is to allow Abiding Faith Photography to create artistic and promotional content, portfolio images, social media content, website content, marketing materials, exhibitions, publications, and other business-related materials.I grant Abiding Faith Photography permission to use photographs and/or video captured during the session for lawful promotional, advertising, portfolio, website, social media, print, publication, artistic, and display purposes.I understand that specific poses, outfits, concepts, and creative direction may be required based on the needs of the project.I agree to arrive on time and prepared according to the instructions provided. Failure to attend or excessive lateness may result in removal from the model call.I understand that selection for this model call is at the sole discretion of Abiding Faith Photography and that submitting an application does not guarantee selection.Unless otherwise stated in writing, compensation is not provided for participation in this model call.Any images, digital files, prints, or other products provided to selected models will be outlined in the specific model call details.I understand that Abiding Faith Photography retains the copyright to all images created during the session.For participants under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete and agree to this form and provide consent for participation and image usage.By checking the agreement box and submitting this form, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms listed above.
